Kiernan Forbes, better known as AKA, continues to receive love even in his passing—this time from fellow rapper Cassper Nyovest.
The two were long considered sworn rivals due to a highly publicized feud that lasted until AKA’s untimely death in Durban.
The rapper was tragically gunned down outside a restaurant, with the culprits still at large.

In a surprising move, Cassper paid tribute to the late star during a recent show, performing AKA’s hit track All Eyes On Me, featuring Burna Boy.
The performance drew cheers from the crowd but ignited mixed reactions on social media.
Rapper L-Tido shared a video of the performance on Twitter, captioning it, “Were they really enemies???” The post quickly went viral, sparking conversations among fans.
Some reminded others that AKA himself had performed Cassper’s songs while alive.
One user commented, “Mega did the same thing once. I don’t remember you asking this question then.”
However, others questioned Cassper’s intentions, accusing him of using AKA’s music for personal gain.
“AKA is gone, so this is just pure exploitation for relevance,” one user wrote.
